Most jobs would also not fire you the first time unless it was extreme. You would have to go to therapy first and/or moved so that you are not their supervisor. I still think the FIA should make a rule for automatic red flag if there is only a certain amount of km to the finish. Let's say enough that soft tyres could get to the finish. Everyone can come in get their tyres switched and when everything is clear they unlap and restart behind a safety car. Much more fair then the current ending behind safety car or don't win cus 1st can't change their tyres.13-09-2022 03:20

Honestly, I think Lewis is more concerned about getting as much data as possible this season. Winning is just a nice desert. Next year Hamilton will go all out for his retirement year. George seems to be more concerned about his long term career and showing what he is capable of.30-06-2022 03:51

The problem for max is he pushes his cars too hard. He brakes late on the inside corner. He races so hard others have to race dangerously. This season because of car limitations that all drivers face, max keeps pushing his car to need more your changes.14-04-2022 13:11

I'd like to see golf ball dimples under the cars. You would think they would try it to slow down porposing. By creating high pressure as it moves towards the ground and then low pressure as it is pulled up off the ground. It should help stabilize13-04-2022 04:18
